Chris, a former credit union CEO and board member for several associations and non-profits has in the last twenty years worked on six mergers (four as CEO, two as a Board member), four management agreements (two as CEO, two as a Board member), nine executive employment agreements (six as CEO, three as a Board member), and created two entities (one as a CEO and one as a Board member).
